- The principal physical characteristic of grey cast iron is the presence of graphite flakes.
Properties:
- Good machinability
- Good thermal conductivity
- Good vibration dampener capacity
- Wide range of mechanical properties
- Used for commercial, industrial and institutional applications
- Used for gravity flow plumbing systems and street casting products

Ductile cast iron
Properties:
- Excellent ductility
- Good resistance to impacts
- Mechanical properties similar to some steel grades
- Used for industrial and commercial applications
- Used by municipalities for water distribution systems and for street casting products

- Two low frequency 15 tons coreless induction furnaces
- Production rate of 6 tons per hour
- Daily production capacity of 120 tons
- Magnesium treatment performed by cored wire
