Pacific States Holds Culture Track Workshop/Training

McWane recently held their inaugural Culture Track Workshop/Training at Pacific States in Provo, Utah.  This training will be provided to all team members companywide and Pac States is the first group to complete it.  The facilitators for the Pac States workshop were Jessica Stones (HR Manager), Nathan Thayne (Melting Assistant General Supervisor), Nathan Sweat (Engineering Manager) and Jeremy Stewart (Process Improvement Engineer)

The purpose of the workshops is to introduce some tools that will help team members take more ownership and personal accountability for their work and to help us achieve other key results that we have set.  Those key results are to increase sales, reduce costs/ton and improve employee engagement.  The interactive workshops are approximately 8 hours long and follow course material provided by Partners in Leadership.

We are very excited about this program and the opportunity we all have to improve our culture and the success of our business.
