McWane Plumbing Group working together with a common purpose toward shared goals

About five years ago the companies that make up the McWane Plumbing Group (MPG) began working together to determine how best to advance their culture by tapping the expertise of local team members and learning more about each other.  To accomplish this, a group of HR Managers, supervisors, foremen and some hourly team members from the MPG met at different facilities to tour the facility, learn what products they made and share best practices and local culture.

McWane Ductile New Jersey volunteered to host the most recent meeting and team members were happy to share their culture and showcase their products/facility.  While all of our facilities are unique and do things their own way, we are all part of one big company, made stronger by our common goals and purpose.
