Clow Valve Starts a New Tradition

With a busy production schedule and even logistics, it is difficult or in some cases impossible for team members to get to know one another. Clow Valve in Oskaloosa, Iowa recently took the steps to change that.  Every month 10 team members across all facilities (Metal Casting, Machine Shop, and Administrative) will be randomly selected to attend a luncheon/round-table with General Manager (GM) Mark Willett where they can learn more about Clow and McWane and ask the GM any questions they have in a positive and casual atmosphere.  The first round-table was held in August and team members welcomed the opportunity to sit down with the GM and learn more about each other and the business.
